- 12070, Hmong Lao Radio reception report to St. Paul address returned by post office. R.D'Angelo-PA-USA DXplorer-ML Dez 02
- Today I received a verification letter from Hmong Lao Radio for a logging on 12,070 kHz. at 0106 to 0130 UTC. The letter includes, “We are very glad that you heard the program …” and gives the schedule as Wednesday and Friday at 8 to 9 AM Laos time. It is signed by Shoua Cha, Chair. After my initial report, to the St. Paul address reported by a number of publications and websites, was returned with a notation that there was no such box number at that postal code, I sent another report to United Laos Movement for Democracy, Shoua Cha, Chairman, Hmong Lao Radio, 302 University Ave. West, St. Paul, MN 55103. Two months later I received a letter from Hmong Lao Radio/ULMD, P.O. Box 6426, St. Paul, MN 55106. So apparently the first address was almost right, except the correct Box number is 6426 instead of 2426. W.Craighead-KS-USA direct to QIP Feb 03
- Hmong Lao R., 12070 kHz, very simple letter(v/s:Shoua Cha, Chairman) in 92 days for EG report, audiocassette & 1$. Report sent to St.Paul office in MN, USA. Report sent on December 9, 2002. but this report returned to me for address mistake. Follow up report sent on February 22, 2003. This QSL can be seen at http://www6.ocn.ne.jp/~dxworld/index.htm/. K.Hashimoto-J direct to QIP Mrz 03
- Hmong Lao Radio 12070 kHz verified with an undet. letter in 22 days. 1 US-$ for RP. The enclosed PPC was not returned. QTH: Hmong Lao Radio, P.O.Box 6426, St. Paul, MN 55106, USA. v/s Shoua Cha. P.Robic-AUT direct to QIP Mrz 03
- 12070, Hmong Lao Radio verified a follow up report with a no data (very plain without masthead) letter from v/s Shoua Cha, Chairman indicating transmissions into Laos are twice a week at 0800-0900 Lao time every Wednesday and Friday. Report sent to 302 University Avenue, West, St. Paul, MN 55103 address unearthed by Wendel Craighead although reply from P. O. Box 6426, St. Paul, MN 55106. R.D'Angelo-PA-USA DXplorer-ML Mrz 03
- 17540, Radio Hmong Hope/ULMD, verified with QSL letter. V/s: Joe Vang, QTH: P.O.Box 6426 (not 2426 as reported in DX Window no. 206), St Paul, MN 55106 USA. M.Ishii-J DX Window 221 Jun 03
- Hmong Lao Radio with residence in Saint Paul, MN-15260. Thank you letter and card for my big donation of 1 USD to the United Lao Movement for Democracy, though really reply postage. The letter cost 1.11 USD to send --- and my view of what a a QSL card really is must be expanded quite a bit to consider this reply as such. V/s: Nhia Yong Thao, president (SW Bulletin March 7, translated by editor Thomas Nilsson for DX Listening Digest) B.Fransson-S DXLD 4-042 Mrz 04
[USA] 11785 Hmong Lao Radio via WHRI. Full data 'Globe' card with name of the program , in 34 days time, for e-mail report on their web site. E.Kusalik-AB-CAN direct to QIP Dez 06

- 15260, Hmoob Moj Them verified an e-mail report in one day (actually only 3 hours) with a no data e-mail from info@mojthem.com thanking me for the reception report and indicating "the quality of the broadcast is not as good as expected."
